End of Day Tasks

Keep your studio running smoothly.

At the end of every day there are a few things you should do to ensure that your business will run smoothly tomorrow:

  1. Insert, update and or delete any bookings that came in today (inc via Email, Answering Machine)
  2. Go through every class for today, check and update peoples attendance and payments.
  3. Go to tomorrows classes and take peoples payments from their packages.

    • (helps enforce a 24Hr cancellation policy
  4. Go to the "Session Schedule" Report and run it for tomorrow (inc booked customers).
    • This will show you who’s paid and who owes you money before tomorrow.
    • Keeps you and your customers updated on customer package usage
    • Print this and keep this sheet within easy access for the next day.
  5. From the Session Schedule Report, send out Booking List Email Reminders for every class occurring 2 days in advance
  6. Run the Session Schedule Report for 2-3 days in advance and "Send Email Reminder"
  7. Review Payments Report and Balance daily takings
    • See what your takings were for the day.
    • Match against EFTPOS machine if you have one.
  8. Go home and relax.
