Bookings Essential tracks the Payments (or in some cases a lack of payment) of your customers and their membership usage.

It constantly prompts you when a customer owes you money and will automatically return you to the bookings that haven’t been paid.

In this way, it reminds you to collect the money you might otherwise forget about. This is very important as it adds up to significant amounts over time.

The Online Scheduling feature allows your customers to see exactly which of your sessions have availability and encourages them book themselves in.

Bookings Essential’s inbuilt interface to your email system allows you to easily remind your customers (and staff) via email reducing the possibility that they might not show up to a booking. Most class businesses have a minimum 24hr cancellation policy they need to enforce.

The built in reports can guide you to better management practices by showing you:

• How much money you are making. (Per day / month / year)

• How much Tax you owe. (Unfortunate but necessary)

• Which customers are spending the most.

• Which instructors are bringing in the most.
